How the Program Works

WePOWER installs a complete solar thermal hot water system at our expense. Members pay no deposit, no money down and receive free installation.
Members receive the least expensive financing through a 10-year lease.
WePOWER provides a full system warranty during the entire lease term. We make sure that everything works perfectly for 10 full years.
Members pay $39.75 per month simply added to your electric bill; annual adjustments are locked in at 2.5%. Of course monthly savings should more than offset lease payments.
This program protects members against skyrocketing energy costs by providing self-generated hot water and a degree of energy independence.
When the lease ends you can: (1) extend the lease with full product warranty, (2) purchase the system for fair market value, or (3) have the system returned.
If you move the new owner can simply assume the lease and continue without change, or the system can be paid off.
